Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing, or using Foodie Crave ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

Foodie Crave helps friends discover restaurants, save favorite places, invite each other to meals, and vote on where to go. Restaurant listings, menus, and availability are provided for convenience and may change without notice; we do not operate or endorse the restaurants listed.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Foodie Crave. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.

Free plan. Includes one friend, one saved place, and one meal invite at no cost.

Premium. $19.99 per year for unlimited friends, saved places, and invites. New Premium subscribers start with a 30-day free trial; unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription renews automatically each year at the then-current price.

Billing is handled through the App Store or Google Play, and their payment terms apply. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your store account settings. Refunds are subject to the policies of the store where you subscribed.

You agree not to:

Use the app for any unlawful purpose; harass, spam, or impersonate other users; scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the app's operation; or upload content that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

The Foodie Crave name, logo, design, and all app content (excluding your own content) are our property and protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create; you grant us a limited license to display it within the app to provide the service.

Foodie Crave integrates with third-party services such as app stores, maps, and restaurant data providers. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those services, and their own terms apply to your use of them.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that restaurant information is accurate or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foodie Crave and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $50 if you are on the Free plan.

We may revise these terms occasionally. For material changes, we will provide notice in the app or by email before the new terms take effect. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest revision.
